Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchasing and selling of Hawaii real estate. I work to keep current on the real estate market and matters and issues concerning real estate. Property Management services also available.

Personal
I was born and raised on the Central Coast of California. I spent much of my youth in sporting activities such as fishing, judo, wrestling and motorcycling and working on the Family Farm.
After graduating from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in Agricultural Business Management, I became a full time Farmer. After several years, I made a decision to depart from the Agricultural Business Career and lifetsyle, and subsequently made the decision to relocate to Hawaii.
After moving to Hawaii, I became a full time real estate agent and joined a large family run Real Estate Brokerage business in Kailua.
I learned a lot about the real estate business and the necessary cooperation with people for successful transactions including my fellow real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and escrow. I then worked with another real estate brokerage company in Town that eventually closed business, prompting to me to either join another company or start my own brokerage company. From there in 1991, Koyama Realty was started and has continued since. Current hobbies and interests of mine include golfing, exercising, traveling, spending time with family and friends; and participating and volunteering in various social and community service, groups and organizations, in particular Rotary International.
